GRAIN POLICIES

CORN:

SCALE TICKETS –All grain will be considered “SOLD” unless scale tickets are marked (Contract, Sell, Open, Grain Bank, Price Later, OR Warehouse Receipt).  Please make sure your truckers know your plans upon delivery; otherwise, the grain will be sold. Also, please know your landlords plans upon delivery. SOLD GRAIN WILL BE PRICED AT CLOSE THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.  Acceptable moisture for “sold” corn is 15%.

OPEN TICKETS –Open tickets will be considered SOLD, but with an open pricing date.  Corn delivered    Monday – Saturday will be priced the following Thursday at close, or before if requested by producer.    OPEN TICKETS CANNOT BE MOVED TO PL, GRAIN BANK OR WAREHOUSE.

WAREHOUSE – Warehouse receipts will have a 7 cent in-charge per bushel with a 3 cent/bushel/month storage charge.  Acceptable moisture for Warehouse Receipts is 13%.

PRICE LATER -   Price Later will be offered at 7 cents/bu/month with NO minimum.    All Price Later Corn must be priced by August 29, 2025.  Acceptable moisture for Price Later is 14%.

GRAIN BANK –  Acceptable moisture is 14%. Corn hauled in from October 1 to December 31 will have a one-time 10 cent in-charge per bushel due to space limitations during harvest.  Please call office with questions regarding quantity limits.

SOYBEANS:

SCALE TICKETS –  All grain will be considered “SOLD” unless scale tickets are marked (Contract, Sell, Open or Price Later).  Soybeans WILL NOT be put into Warehouse Receipts.  SOLD GRAIN WILL BE PRICED AT CLOSE OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

OPEN TICKETS –Open tickets will be considered SOLD, but with an open pricing date.  Beans delivered    Monday – Saturday will be priced the following Thursday at close, or before if requested by producer.  OPEN TICKETS CANNOT BE MOVED TO PL.

PRICE LATER –   Charges will be 7 cents/bu/month with a minimum charge of 21 cents/bu beginning

on loads delivered 9-15-24. Charges are waived if priced no later than October 11, 2024. All Price Later soybeans must be priced by August 29, 2025.  ***Available as space allows***
